### 日本国内へのお届け（Domestic Shipping）

#### 1. 発送までの期間
ご注文確定後、通常当日〜5営業日以内に発送いたします（イベント出店時、土日祝日、年末年始等を除く）。注文が集中した場合や、職人による製造・調整に時間を要する場合は、発送が遅れることがございます。その際はメールにてご連絡いたします。

#### 2. 配送業者・送料
日本国内への発送は「ヤマト運輸（または佐川急便）」にてお届けします。送料はチェックアウト（決済）画面にて自動計算されます。

### 海外へのお届け（International Shipping）

#### 1. 発送・お届けの目安 / Shipment & Delivery Estimates
ご注文確定後、通常2〜5営業日以内に発送いたします（イベント出店時、日本の土日祝日を除く）。海外への発送は「ヤマト運輸（国際宅急便） / DHL / FedEx / EMS（国際スピード郵便）」を利用します。発送後、通常3〜7営業日ほどでお手元に到着しますが、配送国の通関状況により前後する場合がございます。

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, and periods when we are exhibiting at events). We ship internationally via Yamato Transport (International Ta-Q-Bin), DHL, FedEx, or international EMS. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

#### 2. 関税・諸税について / Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)
日本国外への発送において発生する関税、消費税、通関手数料等は、すべて**購入者（お客様）のご負担**となります。当店（燕ブレード）ではこれらの費用を一切負担いたしません。

商品は「DDU（関税未払渡し）」として発送されます。万が一、配達時に関税の支払いを拒否され、商品が日本に返送された場合、**往復の国際送料および諸経費を差し引いた金額でのご返金**となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees applied by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Tsubame Blades is not responsible for any of these charges.

Please note that orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). If you refuse to pay customs duties upon delivery and the package is returned to us, any return shipping costs and fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

#### 3. 破損・紛失について / Damages & Lost Packages
配送中に商品の破損や紛失が発生した場合は、配送キャリアまたは当店のカスタマーサポートまで速やかにご連絡ください。調査の際、梱包資材などが必要となる場合がありますので、破棄せずに保管をお願いいたします。

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required to file a claim.
