Compared to the Ø2 (Zero-Two), this profile features a mellower spin rocker (please refer to the overlay diagram of Ø1 and Ø2 in the product images).
Each blade is precision-profiled using Tsubame Blade’s proprietary sharpening machinery and meticulously hand-finished with an oilstone.

The slotted adjustment holes on the mounting plate are for temporary positioning only. Please ensure the blades are permanently and securely fastened using countersunk screws in the designated countersunk holes.
