Order Processing & Delivery Time:
- In-stock items without custom options: Dispatched within 1 week of order confirmation.
- In-stock items with custom options: Dispatched within 2 weeks after receiving custom specifications/data.
Delivery Method: Delivery via standard shipping carriers (Yamato Transport, DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc.).
Returns & Exchanges:
- Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Please contact jun.t@tokuyoshi-polish.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Items customized with optional processing/modifications are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unused.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Items returned damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited automatically to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

返品・不良品について：
- 当社の返品対応期間は商品到着日から7日間です。到着日から7日以内に jun.t@tokuyoshi-polish.com へご連絡ください。
- オプション加工（研磨やカスタマイズ等）有りの場合は、未使用であっても返品をお受けいたしかねます。
- 商品が未使用であり、届いたときと同じ状態である必要があります。必ずお受け取り時に使用されていた包装資材を使って返品してください。
- 元の状態と異なり、当社の過失ではない理由で破損または一部欠損している場合は、商品代金の一部のみが返金されます。
- 返品の受理および検査後、受領および返金の承認・却下についてメールで通知いたします。承認された場合、一定日数以内にご使用いただいた決済方法へ自動的にクレジット返金処理が行われます。（実際に口座に反映されるまでお時間を要する場合があります）
返品送料について：不良品・誤送以外のお客様都合による返品の場合は、返送送料をお客様にてご負担いただきます。
