Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Official Tsubame Blade Online Shop.
International Shipping
1. Shipment & Delivery Estimates
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends, Japanese public holidays, and periods when we are exhibiting at events). If production or adjustments by our craftsmen require additional time due to high order volumes, we will notify you via email.
We ship internationally via Yamato Transport (International Ta-Q-Bin), DHL, FedEx, or International EMS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
*We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address when placing your order.
2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees applied by the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Tsubame Blades is not responsible for any of these costs.
Please note that following recent regulatory changes, orders to the U.S. and other countries may incur customs fees regardless of the order value.
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. If you refuse to pay customs duties or import taxes upon delivery and the package is returned to us, any return shipping charges and fees incurred by Tsubame Blades will be deducted from your refund.
3. Damages & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team immediately. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required to file a claim.
Domestic Shipping (Within Japan)
Orders within Japan are processed within 0–5 business days and delivered via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

日本国内へのお届け
1. 発送までの期間
ご注文確定後、通常当日〜5営業日以内に発送いたします（イベント出店時、土日祝日、年末年始等を除く）。注文が集中した場合や、職人による製造・調整に時間を要する場合は、発送が遅れることがございます。その際はメールにてご連絡いたします。
2. 配送業者・送料
日本国内への発送は「ヤマト運輸（または佐川急便）」にてお届けします。送料はチェックアウト（決済）画面にて自動計算されます。
海外へのお届け（国際配送）
1. 発送・お届けの目安
ご注文確定後、通常2〜5営業日以内に発送いたします（イベント出店時、日本の土日祝日を除く）。海外への発送は「ヤマト運輸（国際宅急便）/ DHL / FedEx / EMS（国際スピード郵便）」を利用します。発送後、通常3〜7営業日ほどでお手元に到着しますが、配送国の通関状況により前後する場合がございます。
※P.O. Box（私書箱）への配送はお受けできません。ご注文の際は、実際の住所をご入力ください。
2. 関税・諸税について（重要）
日本国外への発送において発生する関税、消費税、通関手数料等は、すべて購入者（お客様）のご負担となります。当店（燕ブレード）ではこれらの費用を一切負担いたしません。
近年の規制変更に伴い、アメリカをはじめとする各諸国への発送においては、注文金額に関わらず関税が発生する可能性がございます。
商品は「DDU（関税未払渡し）」として発送されます。万が一、配達時に関税等の支払いを拒否され、商品が日本に返送された場合、往復の国際送料および返送にかかった諸経費を差し引いた金額でのご返金となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
3. 破損・紛失について
配送中に商品の破損や紛失が発生した場合は、配送キャリアまたは当店のカスタマーサポートまで速やかにご連絡ください。調査の際、梱包資材などが必要となる場合がありますので、破棄せずに保管をお願いいたします。
