Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Official Tsubame Blade Online Shop.
1. Return Period & Conditions
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us at jun.t@tokuyoshi-polish.com within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging that was used when you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom Options)
Items that have been customized with optional processing/modifications are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if they are completely unused.
3. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, or an item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
*Please note: Depending on your payment provider or card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, Tsubame Blades will cover the return shipping cost.
- Customer Returns: For any non-defective returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

1. 返品の条件と期間
当ショップの返品対応期間は商品到着日から7日間です。商品がお手元に届きましたら、すぐに状態をご確認ください。
返品をご希望の場合は、以下の条件を満たした上で到着日から7日以内に jun.t@tokuyoshi-polish.com へご連絡ください。
- 未使用であり、お届け時と同じ状態であること
- お届け時に使用されていた梱包資材（箱・保護材等）をすべて保管し、それらを使用して返品いただくこと
2. 返品をお受けできない商品（オプション加工品）
オプション加工（研磨やカスタマイズ等）を施した商品につきましては、未使用であっても返品・返金はお受けいたしかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。
3. 一部返金について
以下のような場合、商品代金の一部のみの返金となる場合がございます。
- 元の状態と異なり、弊社の過失ではない理由で商品が破損・不具合・欠損している場合
4. 返金の流れ
- 返品された商品が弊社に到着し、検品が完了いたしましたら、受領確認のメールをお送りいたします。
- 検品結果に基づき、返金の承認または却下についてのご連絡を差し上げます。
- 返金が承認された場合、手続きが開始され、一定日数以内にお買い上げ時にご使用いただいたクレジットカードまたは決済方法へ自動的に返金（クレジット適用）されます。
※ご利用のカード会社や決済口座の処理時間により、実際の口座反映までに多少お時間がかかる場合がございます。
5. 返品送料について
- 不良品・不具合品の場合: 弊社の過失（初期不良や誤送）による返品の場合は、返送にかかる送料を弊社が負担いたします。
- お客様都合の場合: 不良品以外の理由による返品の場合は、返送送料はお客様のご負担となります。
